Privacy Notice

When you complete the assessment, we store the email address and first name you provide, your response to each of the 20 questions, your calculated archetype result, the version of the assessment you took, and the date of submission.

When you use the contact form, we store your name, email address, organization if provided, the reason for your inquiry, your message, and whether you asked to receive occasional emails from Laura Dawn.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the assessment. Please do not enter sensitive information into the name or email fields.

We use your information to save your result, create a private result link, send that link to you, answer support requests, protect the assessment from abuse, and understand how the assessment performs in aggregate.

Contact-form information is used to deliver your message, respond to your inquiry, and maintain a private record of the conversation. Sending a message does not add you to Laura Dawn’s email list.

Submitting your email for a saved result also requests a subscription to Laura Dawn’s email list. Kit sends a confirmation email first. Your subscription and result-email sequence begin only after you confirm, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not delete your saved assessment result.

Cloudflare hosts the assessment and stores assessment submissions and contact inquiries. Kit manages the assessment’s email confirmation, Medicine You Carry tag, and saved-result email sequence. Postmark delivers contact-form notifications to Laura Dawn. If you separately request occasional notes on the contact form, Kit maintains that subscription. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your result link contains a long, unguessable token. Anyone you share that link with can view the archetype result associated with it, but the public result page does not display your email address or individual question responses.

Assessment records are retained while the assessment is operating so that saved links continue to work and the assessment can be improved using aggregated patterns. We may remove inactive or test records as our retention practices evolve.

Contact inquiries are retained while they are needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, and meet reasonable administrative or legal needs. Test and spam submissions may be removed sooner.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your assessment record. If you choose to receive Laura Dawn’s notes, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

For a privacy request, use the contact page or email support@lauradawn.co. Include the email address used for the assessment so the correct record can be located.

This notice may be updated as the assessment or its service providers change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
